Frames are measured on site and fabricated to suit the opening, glazed with toughened or laminated units to the specified thickness, and sealed with UV-stable silicone. Hardware is adjusted and re-serviced on request.

Toughened frameless doors with floor springs and patch fittings.
Custom carpentry and flooring built to fit the space, not the other way around. Carcasses are produced off site to keep dust out of occupied rooms, then scribed and levelled against walls that are rarely square. Flooring is laid over a prepared, moisture-checked subfloor with the expansion gaps the manufacturer requires.

Gypsum ceiling and partition systems for offices, retail spaces, and homes. Grids are set out from a datum line so light fittings, diffusers and sprinklers land where the drawings say, and access panels are positioned with your MEP contractor before boarding. Partitions can be insulated for acoustic separation between rooms.

Interior and exterior plastering finished to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Substrates are prepared and dampened, cracks are cut out and stitched rather than skimmed over, and render is applied in bays to keep long elevations flat. Surfaces are checked with a straight edge before we release them to the painters.

Crews work to a room-by-room checklist with the correct chemicals for each surface, so stone, glass and joinery are not damaged during the first clean. Units are walked with the property manager before sign-off.
